Knoxville Revisited
The Chattanoogan first visited Knoxville in April and returned most impressed by its finery. July's heat has made comfortable sundresses de rigueur. These two examples, geometric by Scrapbook and ethereal from Macy's, graced the city's Market Square and the terrace of a fashionable, West End restaurant.
