Come to 149 River Street Friday between 2 and 10 pm for the much anticipated opening of LEO. Nowhere else in Chattanooga will you find such unique glad rags, 'zines and zany critters, all artists and designers handmade goods. From 7 pm onward, Chad will be spinning the vinyl.
