Shoe Shoe at the Choo Choo

A fund raiser to benefit Chattanooga Room in the Inn, the event filled the Choo Choo ballroom with shoe lovers whose singular mission it is to help homeless women and their children get back on their feet. The fabulous crowd heard real life success stories and saw volunteers modeling unforgettable wares from

These are great, Cameron. My favourites are the black pair with the wide "elastic bands" and wooden heel and the "peacock, Matthew Williamson-esque" heels just below. But can I just say that ALL the ladies have FABULOUS legs AND perfect pedicures. Puts my horrid neglected winter tootsies to shame. Also, an excellent cause that these ladies (and you) are supporting.

Those peacock heels were my sweetie's faves, too. The Choo Choo is Chattanooga's grand hotel, a former train station converted to hostelry, complete with dining a sleeping cars trackside for the most authentic experience. As we were leaving, the turquoise pumps caught my eye for a title picture by the rail.
